Interns Question

James Brausch is having question time again. This time he asks for our most important question  related to running an intern program. As usual, the best question gets a gift. Unusually, he posted that this time although he would not disclose the prize, he would say that it is valued at $10,000. I suppose it could be anything, but perhaps he is planning another Freedom Business Seminar and will offer a free seat.

Since I am a member of his magical email, I can ask him anything privately, but given the bait, I’ll take the opportunity to do so publicly and add to this blog. He answers all questions at jamesbrausch.com so you can follow the link if you too want to see the answer to my question or learn from his experience regarding intern programs.

My question: James, your intern program provides the benefit of working for someone who has a track record of success and has earned substantial dollars in an internet business. While I have had some success in business, I have not yet translated that to success in an internet business. What bait or benefit can I use to attract interns to do the simple tasks that are so important to do but are best left to interns?

James hasn’t posted the answers yet, tough to do as questions are still be asked and I haven’t even posted this yet. However, he has posted a few other things to his blog, the last post being numbered 695 and will most likely post the answer along with others at http://www.jamesbrausch.com/?p=697 give or take a number on the end of that link.
